Hey Friends,

Fall is a special time of year. It’s a great time to take in the beauty of the changing seasons. The days are shorter, the air is cooler, and many feel the anticipation of the coming opportunities to visit friends and family. It’s also back to school time, so stay alert in school zones. From crisp hikes in the mountains to cozy days near a fire, there are so many ways to make the most of autumn days. Your favorite fall activity would be …? For sports fans, baseball has the World Series. Football and basketball and hockey seasons are starting up.  What is your favorite sport? And of course, there are the beautiful fall colors to take in when house hunting.

In addition to all the fun activities, this is also a great time to sell and buy a home. There tends to be fewer buyers, but they are more serious buyers. This means if you are looking to buy there is less competition. This creates an opportunity for buyers to get a great deal on their dream home. On the flip side, sellers are more motivated to list and sell during this time. The buyers are ready to move more quickly.

Fall is definitely a special season. Whether you are looking to buy a home, explore the outdoors, or root for your favorite team, enjoy this beautiful time of the year. A time to enjoy the moments, build memories, and find a home that you can call your own.

See you around the neighborhood!
